Sad News from Peasant Bakers

We've done our best for four long years, but the unnecessary obstacles and pointless burdens heaped upon small businesses (and one or two less-than-stellar business decisions by BakerGuy, I'm sure) have finally broken the bank...we can no longer offer The Best Baklava You Can Buy to our valued and much-appreciated customers.  :(

I know, I know, it's almost impossible to buy good baklava...or even half-decent baklava!...on the internet or off.  But if you don't have a yiayia at home to bake real baklava for you (and if you don't know someone who does), don't despair!  We'll keep Baklava University in session for as long as we can (until they start taxing websites, too!).

So with a little reading and a little practice, you'll be making your own delicious baklava in no time!

And if you're a Real Baklava Insider's Circle member then rest assured:  your information is safe with us, it's not going anywhere, and if we're ever able to offer Real Baklava for sale again, you'll be the first to know!  :)
